Spring roll wraps

Making homemade spring roll wraps is a great way to enjoy a fresh, healthier alternative to wheat tortillas. To make them, mix flour and water (with a little salt) into a smooth but thick batter. It should be thick enough so that you can just about contain it in your hands. Set aside for an hour to rest. Then, heat a non-stick pan over low heat and whilst holding a handful of the batter, bad it across the pan to coat the surface evenly. It should be a very thin coating. Cook for about a minute until set, then carefully peel it off. Let the wraps cool before using them to roll your favorite fillings for a nutritious and delicate meal.
